Confidentiality Agreement

You must read and sign the Confidentiality Agreement Restricting Disclosure and Use of Data from the Michigan Center on the Demographics of Aging Data Enclave. Forward two signed originals as part of your application package to the MiCDA Data Enclave Administrator.

Respondent Privacy Pledge

As an ISR visitor, you are required to read and sign the Institute for Social Research Pledge to Safeguard Respondent Privacy. Once you have done so, forward two signed originals as part of your application package to the MiCDA Data Enclave Administrator.

This checklist is provided for use by prospective visitors in assembling their application.

Disclosure Review

All analysis results produced by MiCDA Data Enclave visitors must be reviewed by Enclave staff members to ensure that respondent confidentiality is not breached. The methods currently employed in this review process are detailed in a document entitled Rules for Pre-Export Disclosure Review. Prospective applicants are encouraged to read this document and submit questions, if any, to the Data Enclave Technical Manager.
