Dr. Jenkins' research interests broadly concern health and health behaviors in later life. Her current research focuses the association of older adult metabolic syndrome with early life socioeconomic characteristics and the psychological aspects of obesity. She also is exploring other health behaviors, particularly alcohol use and its influence on health across the life span.
