Danya Keene's research interests focus on the health consequences of urban development, neighborhood change and residential mobility. Recent work on urban development applies mixed method approaches and a "weathering" framework. Other recent work employs a weathering framework to examine black-white differences in age trajectories of allostatic load scores and hypertension.
